I had to make a small move in the same apartment complex. I had gotten several quotes from moving companies but Around Town Movers was the best priced and they were so polite and friendly on the phone. The two movers who came were on time, speedy and very efficient. They were extremely careful with my furniture, especially since it was raining that day. I would definitely use them again in the future! Thank you!

Hello, On Saturday January 4th, 2014 I hired your company to come and help me move, and you sent out 2 of your movers to our apartment in Alexandria, VA to move us to another apartment in Alexandria.   Both of your employees did a great job, and very friendly, and they even took my bed apart and there were so many screws in that bed (lol!) - they even put it back together for me I really do appreciate everything both of them did for me on Saturday. It was a great, seamless move. I was really impressed with how well everything was wrapped up (furniture, etc) and the movers were so careful to make sure they collected all screws, shelf hangers, etc and actually kept them with the furniture so we didn't lose any pieces!

I want to thank the two movers who efficiently loaded all our items. It was obvious that they were experienced since they were able to get all our stuff into the truck even thought we could have used a 14 ft truck instead of the 10 ft truck we had.  The cost was well worth the job that they did.

This was the easiest move I have ever experienced. The dispatcher was very good and explained in detail how they would help us with our move. The moving crew showed up on time, and did a awesome. The crew worked efficiently and handled our belongings with care. Thanks to Around Town Movers our move went smoothly and was stress free. Cost was fair market price. You will not be disappointed and yes, I would use them again for a local move.

Your team came to my house to move furniture from my upstairs to my basement and then from my main floor back upstairs. They arrived at my house promptly. They were very polite and very efficient in using their time. They cleaned after themselves. It was obvious to me they wanted to please. I felt their price was very fair. We had several quotes from various moving companies for our recent move. Not only was the quote from Around Town Movers one of the better prices, but they were absolutely the most professional movers we dealt with (both before and during our move). We have moved on several occasions and this was the best experience by far. The movers were courteous, hard working men who handled our furniture, and our home, with great care. The manager even stopped by during our move to see how everything was going. The quote was accurate, with no hidden fees. Everything was put together for us so all we had to do was unpack boxes. I highly recommend them.
