Around Town Movers are by far the BEST moving company I have ever used. They arrived early and went straight to work! The wrapped EVERY larger piece protecting every piece of furniture. The movers were personable, professional and very very efficient. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family! My next move is in their hands!!!!

They were wonderful. We had them pack everything up and move it from Washington, DC to Raleigh, NC. They impressed me right away when they arrived on time to give us our quote. They were by far the cheapest estimate we got, which I think sometimes could make you nervous when talking about movers, but I was confident in their ability and I was not wrong. They were prompt and arrived on time for our packing day. They worked quickly and carefully. They loaded the truck he next day and arrived at our requested time the following day in Raleigh, NC. I can't say enough good things about these hard working men.

The movers were very professional, on time and fast.

I was very pleased with the team who took care of moving my things.
They showed up 20 mins early, were very thorough, quick. Very polite.
Only constructive comment I would have is: They did not ask me to verify start time and initial paperwork at the start of the move; I had to ask two or three times.

I would definitely consider using this company again in the future.

Around Town Movers was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up on time and finished in just the time they estimated it would take. The move was for a senior citizen in an assisted living facility. The Around Town Movers employees were extremely helpful and respectful of my senior and the seniors they encountered in the hall during the move. I would definitely use Around Town Movers again.

Dear Around Town Movers: I just wanted to drop you a line regarding our daughter’s move this past weekend. Eddie and Alex could not have been better – arriving 15 minutes early and carefully preparing the furniture for the move. They were efficient, professional and cordial. They knew when to ask questions – particularly as it related to what would and what would not be moving. Once we arrived at the new location in Fairfax, Eddie and Alex really rose to the occasion when a very large ‘old-school’ television would not fit into the large entertainment center they also were required to move. The gentlemen quickly took charge and assisted in modifying the cabinet – at my request – so the TV could securely fit into the entertainment center. Success! This was above and beyond expectations.
